株式会社mirai計画（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が運営するInstagramアプリ「mirai_logistics_comments」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリは、Meta Platforms, Inc.（以下「Meta社」）が提供するInstagram Graph APIを通じて、当社が運営するInstagramビジネスアカウント（@mirai_logistics.inc）に投稿されたコンテンツおよびそれに付随する以下の情報を取得します。
本アプリは、上記以外のユーザーの個人情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所等）を取得しません。
取得した情報は以下の目的でのみ利用します。
本アプリは取得した情報を、広告配信・第三者への販売・第三者へのマーケティング利用には一切使用しません。
取得した情報は当社が管理するセキュアなストレージに保存し、保存期間は最長12ヶ月とします。期間経過後は速やかに削除します。
ユーザーが、Instagramのコメント機能から自身のコメントを削除した場合、本アプリの定期的なAPI同期処理により、対応する内部レコードも削除されます。
当社のシステムから直接削除を希望される場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
当社は、法令に基づく場合または本人の同意がある場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。
本アプリは、Meta社（米国カリフォルニア州に本社を置く法人）が提供するInstagram Graph APIを利用しています。本アプリの動作上、コメント情報の取得および返信の投稿は、Meta社が運営するサーバー（米国を含む国に所在する場合があります）を経由して行われます。Meta社における個人情報の取扱いについては、同社のデータポリシー（https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy）をご参照ください。
当社はアクセストークンを暗号化して保管し、API利用ログを監査します。漏洩・不正アクセス・改ざん等を防止するため、合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じます。
ユーザーは、自身のコメント情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を請求することができます。請求は下記お問い合わせ先までお願いします。
本ポリシーや当社の個人情報の取扱いに関しては、個人情報保護委員会への相談・苦情申し立てが可能です。
本ポリシーは、関連法令の改正およびサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の本ポリシーは、当社ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

mirai Keikaku Inc. (“we”, “our”) provides this Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) regarding the handling of user information through the Instagram application “mirai_logistics_comments” (“the App”), which we operate.
Through the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), the App accesses content posted to our business Instagram account (@mirai_logistics.inc) and the following related information:
The App does NOT collect any other personal information such as full name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
The collected information is NEVER used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared for third-party marketing.
The collected information is stored in secure storage operated by us, with a maximum retention period of 12 months, after which it is promptly deleted.
If a user deletes their original comment via Instagram’s interface, the corresponding internal record will also be removed by the App’s periodic API synchronization process.
Users may also request direct deletion from our system via the contact below.
We do not disclose collected information to third parties, except where required by law or with the user’s explicit consent.
The App relies on the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta, a corporation headquartered in California, USA. As an inherent part of the App’s operation, comment information and posted replies are routed through servers operated by Meta, which may be located in the United States or other countries. Meta’s handling of personal information is governed by Meta’s Data Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy).
We store access tokens in encrypted form and audit API usage logs. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent leakage, unauthorized access, and tampering.
Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their comment information. Please direct such requests to the contact below.
Users may also raise concerns or file complaints regarding our handling of personal information with Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC).
This Policy may be updated in response to changes in applicable laws or our services. The updated Policy takes effect upon being posted on our website.
