本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社mirai計画（以下「当社」）が運営するInstagramアプリ「mirai_logistics_comments」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本アプリは、当社が運営するInstagramビジネスアカウント（@mirai_logistics.inc）の運営目的のみに使用される内部ツールです。本アプリには、当社の運営者（柳川佑平）以外のユーザーログインは存在しません。
本アプリの利用者は、当社の運営者（柳川佑平）に限定されます。一般のInstagramユーザーが本アプリにアカウントを作成・ログインすることはできません。
本アプリは、Meta Platforms, Inc.が提供するInstagram Graph APIを通じて当社のビジネスアカウントに付与されたコメント情報を取得し、当該コメントへの返信投稿を行います。詳細はプライバシーポリシー（https://mirai-log.com/privacy-instagram-app/）をご参照ください。
本アプリ運営において、当社は以下の行為を行いません。
当社は、Meta社の方針変更、Instagram Graph APIの仕様変更、当社の事業方針の変更等により、本アプリのサービス内容を予告なく変更または停止する場合があります。
本アプリの利用に関連して生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、当社は一切の責任を負いません。また、Meta社のサービス停止・障害・仕様変更に起因して本アプリが正常に動作しないことに関しても、当社は責任を負いません。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争については、当社本社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
本規約は、関連法令の改正、サービス内容の変更等に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、当社ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

These Terms of Service (“the Terms”) set forth the conditions of use of the Instagram application “mirai_logistics_comments” (“the App”), operated by mirai Keikaku Inc. (“we”, “our”).
The App is an internal tool used solely for the operation of our Instagram business account (@mirai_logistics.inc). No user login is provided to anyone other than the operator (Yuhei Yanagawa).
Use of the App is limited to the operator (Yuhei Yanagawa). General Instagram users cannot create or log into accounts on the App.
The App uses the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to read comments posted on our business account and to post replies thereto. For details on data handling, please see our Privacy Policy (https://mirai-log.com/privacy-instagram-app/).
In operating the App, we will NOT engage in any of the following:
We may modify or suspend the App’s services without prior notice due to changes in Meta’s policies, Instagram Graph API specifications, or our own business decisions.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the use of the App. We are also not liable for malfunctions caused by service outages, disruptions, or specification changes on the part of Meta.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of first instance having jurisdiction over the location of our headquarters.
These Terms may be amended in response to changes in applicable laws, service content, etc. Amended Terms shall take effect upon being posted on our website.
